In order to find the most comprehensive, budget-friendly providers for medical, dental or vision coverage, it is suggested that employees and dependents seek in-network providers. In-network providers are organizations that have contracts with our insurances (Cigna, Northeast Delta Dental, and EyeMed) to provide guaranteed services for agreed-upon rates. Choosing in-network providers ensures less out-of-pocket expenses and better outcomes. Please see below for how to find in-network providers for each of our plans!

For Those Who Have An Account

Medical Insurance

In order to find in-network providers with Cigna, please follow the steps below:

1. Register for an account with Cigna at https://my.cigna.com/web/public/guest
2. Once you are logged in, please click "Find Care & Cost" near the top left-hand corner of the page
   
3. On this page, you will find the a "Find Care & Costs for (NAME) in (LOCATION)". You can change the person you are finding coverage for, as well as change the location you are looking in.
4. From here, you can search doctors by name, type, reason for visit, or facilities entirely. You are also able to search for available medications and find the price for different amounts.
   1. If you are looking for a primary care provider, you'll have the ability to schedule a virtual visit with a primary care provider or see a local provider. Pick "See a Local Provider" to see providers around you.
      
      
      
      Alternatively, you can go with a virtual provider for MDLive, which can also count towards level 1 as well.
5. Once you click on the type of provider you are looking for, or search by name, it will bring up a list of the different providers that met the criteria you are looking for, as well as contact information, and if they are accepting new patients.

Dental Insurance

In order to see in-network providers with Northeast Delta Dental, please see the following steps:

1. Log into or register for Northeast Delta Dental's site here: https://www.nedelta.com/
2. Once you are logged in, find the section "Find a Dentist in your area"
   
3. Select the type of dentist you are looking for, and select "Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier". You can either search by current location or manually put in a location to search for. Click on "Find dentist"
4. This will bring you to a list of the different providers available in your area, with contact information and if they are accepting new patients.

Vision Insurance

In order to find in-network providers with EyeMed, please follow the steps below:

1. Register or login to EyeMed at https://member.eyemedvisioncare.com/member/en.
2. Click on "Find an eye doctor" at the top of the page:
   
3. From here, you can search by location, search by the name of the doctor/office, or use online services.
4. If you search by location or name, once you fill the criteria, it will provide a list of providers, contact information, and office time.

For Those Who Do Not Have Accounts

Medical Insurance

1. Go to https://www.cigna.com/, and click on "Find a Doctor"
   
2. Click on "Employer or School"
3. Put in your address and select how you would prefer to search, such as doctor type, doctor name, or health facility. Once you finalize your search, click on "Continue as guest".
4. Re-enter your zip code.
5. Click on "Open Access Plus, OA Plus, Choice Fund OA Plus WITH CareLink".
6. From here, you should see a list of providers, as well as contact information and if they are accepting new patients.

Dental Insurance

1. Visit Northeast Dental Dental's site here: https://www.nedelta.com/
2. Hover over "Patients" and select "Find a Dentist"
   
3. Select "Dental Dental PPO"
4. Enter your location, maximum travel distance, and optional additional criteria. Select "Search" You will be given a list of providers, as well as their contact information and directions!

Vision Insurance

1. Visit EyeMed's site at https://eyemed.com/en-us. Hover over "Members & Consumers", and click on "Find an Eye Doctor"
   
2. Under Network, select "Access Network", and then either click on "Use My Location" or provide a zip code.
3. From here, EyeMed's site will give you a list of providers in your region!
