In Windows (PC): 

Follow these instructions if you are having problems printing pages with the Mozilla Firefox Browser on your Windows computer:
Right-click in a blank area of the page you want to print and choose This Frame > Open Frame in New Window from the pop-up menu. The image below shows you how.
The page will now print properly.
After that, It might be a good idea to look at a preview. Go to File > Print Preview.
You can check to see if all of your information is visible. You can remove the Headers and Footers.
Remember that your page is now in a new window on top of your original Oracle/PeopleSoft window. You can't use the Back button to return to your original page. Minimize the window to return to your original page. 

  



In Chrome it is a right click on the weekly schedule, select print.  From that menu you can elect to include the graphics and eliminate headers and footers.

 

Follow the steps below if you are having problems printing pages with the Internet Explorer Browser: 

 

1. Place your mouse somewhere in the middle of the page. 

2. Choose Edit Menu > Select All 
3. Then choose File Menu > Print Preview. 
4. At the top, rather than "As Laid out on the screen," choose "As Selected on Screen." 
5. Check to see if all pages are visible 
6. Now print the page, using the Print Icon on the far left. 

In the sample below, we are printing the Web Class Roster page. 

Put your mouse somewhere in the main area, as shown below. 


On a Mac:

 

 

Follow these instructions if you are having problems printing pages
with the Safari Browser on your Mac:

1. Open the page in a "new window."

2. Preview the page.

 

 1. If you are using Safari (the default browser on the Mac), you will need to Control-Click on a blank area of the page,

and choose Open Frame in New Window from the pop-up menu, as shown below.

 

Control-Click: The Control-Click on the Mac is equivalent to the Right-Click on a PC. On most Mac keyboards, the Control key is in the lower left corner of the keyboard.

 

 

 
 

MAC Firefox

 

Control-click in a blank area of the page you want to print and choose This Frame > Open Frame in New Window from the pop-up menu. The page will now print properly. 

If you would like to look at a preview, go to File > Print Preview. If you want to, change the Page Orientation to Landscape. You can also remove the Headers and Footers under Page Setup > Margins... 

Printing with Google Chrome-Mac

If you choose Print...from the File menu, only the first page will print.

What seems to work well with this browser is to go to Edit > Select All, then Choose Print...

This will insure that multiple pages will print. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the Print dialog box to see multiple pages -- see below.
