Note: You will need to complete this process for each application in Office 2016 (Word, Excel, etc.)
In the Quick Access Toolbar (above the File and Home tabs), there is a pull down arrow.
From this list, choose More Commands...
In the box for "Choose commands from:", select Commands Not in the Ribbon. Scroll down the list and select Accessibility Checker, then click Add in the center, followed by OK.
You will now see the icon available to use on any file.
